Easy to contact through phone number
A few moments ago, the system suddenly canceled my account and booking. I have no idea why. I reached out to customer service via email, but they haven't responded. Luckily, they provided a phone number, and they responded quickly. They said a system error caused the issue with my account. They finally restored my account and ticket, so that's good.
